VISION

The vision of The Worship Place (TWP) is to have every member honor God by living out our values with each other in our neighborhoods, in our unique community and wherever we go.  This makes the InReach Ambassadors Ministry a crucial part of this vision.  The vision of the InReach Ambassador Ministry is to enlist, equip, and enable TWP Ambassadors to be used by God to serve their fellow neighbors.

MISSION

The Mission of InReach Ambassador Ministry is to provide care and concern for the overall well-being of The Worship Place members.  You are helping our church stay connected and aware of the needs of our members by keeping in touch with them and providing help and care when needed. 

Goal

The Goal of the InReach Ambassador Ministry is to help all members feel cared for and to connect their needs for assistance with TWP care ministries.

Scriptural Basis

The scriptural basis for this service to TWP members was established by Pastor Kelly Barnett when he presented his vision for this ministry to the church body in a sermon in April 2014 using Luke 14:1-7, the story of the lost sheep.  His challenge for TWP was to be good neighbors as he wanted “no sheep left behind."  He envisioned all TWP members being connected with one another, which is now the InReach Ambassador Ministry.
